Where does Devold source its wool from?
We pride ourselves on full traceability. Our premium Merino wool is sourced from selected farms in New Zealand and Australia that meet our strict standards for animal welfare and sustainable farming.
How long does shipping take within New Zealand?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Rural deliveries may require an additional 2 days.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, base layers cannot be returned once opened.
How should I care for my Merino wool garments?
Most Devold products are machine washable on a wool cycle (30-40°C) using wool-specific detergent. Always air dry flat and avoid tumble drying to maintain the natural fibers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our Devold New Zealand store ships exclusively within New Zealand and to Australia. For other international destinations, please visit our global site.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our Merino wool is exceptionally fine-fibered (17.5 to 20.5 microns), making it silky soft and non-itchy, even for those with sensitive skin or eczema.
