Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Devold tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Devold

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized New Zealand Post location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
